Elle Gallo
The Music

Sultry, soulful and packed with passion that defies specific genres, Elle's performances are sometimes compared to those of Bonnie Raitt, Janis Joplin & Joan Osbourne. Her honesty & sincerity combined with an ability to let herself succumb to lilting and haunting piano lines, the deep funk of David Gagnon's bass groove, the steadiness of Sean Davies' driving kick, and the wailing energy of Ross Hahn's guitar have earned her die-hard fans in New England and beyond who flock to experience a performance that at once yearns and explodes with a raw, naked and powerful expression of a woman doing what she came here to do.  Elle and her fella's are notably one of the fastest growing bands in Massachusetts. With only 4 years under thier belts together they regularly sell out 100-200 person venues North of Boston. Boston Battle of The Band Winners (Kings 2009) and Gimmesound.com's fan choice award recipients, they are endorsed by Heineken Light and have opened for Travis Tritt, James Montgomery & J Geils, Duke Robillard, Ernie and The Automatics, Eli Reed, Barrence Whitfield, Entrain and others. Elle is compared mostly to Janis Joplin and Joan Osbourne.

We have the best fans!!

"Elle Gallo is a driving force on the New England Music scene.  Together with her band, Elle puts her own unique stamp down on the genres of Rock, Soul, Blues and Funk in a way that is edgy, raw and always honest, a rarity in contemporary music.  Anyone with a pulse will enjoy this compelling natural talent." ~ Danielle Burnett

"Elle pours out so much honest, raw heart and soul into her music that I'm uplifted and inspired every time I listen to her.  She taps into a universal vein of gold that we all have, with lyrics from her own life's trials, tribulations, joys and triumphs.  This is all laid down on solid, pumping rock n roll, or soothing blues and sung with a voice that touches everyone in the room.  At the same time it's great entertainment and always good people and good times at her shows.  Elle Gallo and the Elle Gallo Band are an experience, and I highly recommend them! ~ Anne Munson

"Elle exudes raw, honest emotion mixed with warmth and soul"  ~ Kelly Mackin

"Elle Gallo is my favorite female New England artist.  Her voice, soul, and passion floor me every time I see her perform.  Her talent is rivalled only by Elle, the human being.  I truly hope the world gets to hear more Elle Gallo, it would be a better place for it."  ~ Matt Shwachman (of My Silent Bravery)
