Springs Re-Birth
The Spring has sprung here in Massachusetts and after a long winter's rest I'm feeling lighter than ever! I thank you for your patience during my time off from live performances and appreciate your emails of excitement about our upcoming spring and summer shows. I spent my "vacation" loving my 3 beautiful cherubs in front of a warm, cozy fire; enjoying my man, getting to know and perform with some of the areas greatest musicians, making magic with my beautiful sistahs, reflecting on the last year and setting personal and professional goals for the new year, and writing new songs. It's been a fast winter (thank Goddess, this is the first time in my life that I'm not coming out of a dark haze in march-WHAT A BLESSING!!) and I'm so excited to start recording the new CD. It's about love, it's about hope, it's about injustice and change. it's about you and me and the human experience. The tunes range from light, jazzy uplifting songs of easy happy love, to the deep, dark sides of humanity that are uncomfortable to talk about. There are grooves and there are backbeats, lilting violins and heart wrenching B3 organ...These songs have been written in times of growth and in times of despair. I cant wait for you to hear them!!

I want to thank all of the musicians on the North Shore for
giving me a "Rebirth" in re-combining my passions of Music
and Photography. It has given meaning back to me, that had
been vacant in my life for a long time. I especially would like
to thank Elle, she has touched my heart and soul! She is a
tremendous talent, and Im so blessed that she has let me be
a part of her life! Ive met many musicians over the years, and
have never met a more sincere, caring and genuine person
than Elle. She is definitely a star on the rise, and I fully believe
that her talent and persona will bring joy to anyone she
comes across..I know she brings that joy to me every time I
see her whether she is performing or if we are just chatting! I
wish her all the success in the world, and I know one day Ill
be able to say I knew her when.. To Americas next
